Recently, the Georgia legislature passed a bill strengthening their voter integrity laws and the Governor signed it into law. This is a welcome relief after the fiasco that happened last November, and probably again in January on a Senate run-off. There is an audit of ballots planned soon, or going on now.

Almost immediately after the legislature passed the bill, the Progressives/Socialists went into overdrive against the bill. Their weapon of choice is misrepresentation (lies) of fact, talking of how this bill constitutes voter suppression. Usually, this involves Voter ID. Anyway, the media is beating their agenda drum, giving cover for the Progressives using the same scripted words and phrases.

Then, leftist corporations began sounding off. First, it was Delta Airlines announcing their thoughts of ending operations in Atlanta. Coca-Cola spoke up against the law. Then, Major League Baseball said they were pulling the All Star Game out of Atlanta because of the law.

I don’t have a problem with either people or businesses speaking their mind about things. That’s the First Amendment at work! A business has the right to say what they want, but I have the right to not spend any of my money with them. I’ve been doing that for a while now.

When Colin Kaeperneck started the kneeling social justice stuff, I quit watching the Forty-niner games. When the NFL said they agreed with the opinion, I discontinued the Sunday Ticket and haven’t watched an NFL game since then. When Nike decided to make Kaeperneck their spokesman, I decided they didn’t need my money any more. When Under Armour said they agreed with Nike on social justice issues, they decided to not require my business. I figure there are plenty of businesses that do want my money to become vocal about issues. Coca-Cola lost my business a month or so ago, after training employees on how not to be so white. Hey, I’ve got a long memory.

The First Amendment gives the right to speak your mind. You have that right. Corporations are no different, but I’d caution you not to antagonize your clientele. The National Football League started acting against its viewers and their viewership has dramatically gone down. Maybe, the MLB should think about that before angering its base. Of course, the Atlanta Braves have said they don’t agree with the MLB decision. As for Delta Airlines, Georgia is already talking about curtailing the state incentives they give Delta. Regarding Coca-Cola, the CEO has already doubled down, basically saying they don’t really need our business. So be it!

The cause for vote integrity has taken more than a few bumps and bruises. In fact, it’s ben closer to a mugging which left the victim hospitalized with broken bones, internal bleeding and comatose. For a while, the caregivers weren’t sure it would survive. Now, although its not out of the woods yet, there may be signs of life Several inroads are being made toward the advancement of vote integrity.

A couple of days ago, a Michigan judge ruled that the Democrat Secretary of State had broken the law by unilaterally changing some of the rules governing how the election there was to take place. That being the case, what about the five or six other states where the same thing happened, my own state of North Carolina included (I still don’t believe the Governor won re-election).

One of those aforementioned states was Georgia, where a state Supreme Court justice is allowing a full audit of absentee ballots for Fulton County, the Atlanta metro area. This has been back and forth several times, but just two days ago, the justice made his decision. Election laws mandate the ballots be protected and saved, but, after the passing of four and a half months, I’d be surprised if there aren’t some missing. I believe it was Fulton County that had some of the log books for the voting machines went missing. On the bright side, the Georgia House and Senate passed some strong vote integrity laws that would strengthen the laws. Not sure if the Governor will sign it.

The Arizona Senate has ruled for a full audit of 2.1 million votes for Maricopa County. A month ago, the state legislature and the county Board of Elections were arguing about who has authority over the election. I’m sure this was just a ploy to delay the inevitable, which it did. In court, it was decided the Senate has the power to call for an audit, which they now are. The problem here is this; between then and now, bags containing shredded ballots were found in a dumpster where the ballots were being warehoused. Later that day, a barn belonging to an election official caught fire and burned. Coincidence? I don’t believe in them! I’m betting that they come up severely short on the ballot count.

Far too many courts have dismissed cases of voter fraud without hearing evidence. The Supreme Court has done the same thing on several cases. The Supremes have abandoned the idea of protecting the Constitution, which is their responsibility, in favor of avoiding any semblance of a “crisis”.

There are several states that are following Georgia in bolstering vote integrity laws. I applaud that! What happened last November should never happen again! But, there were laws already on the books before November and people broke those laws. Why would we think any new laws would fare better the next time? Personally, and I’ve said this before, if I’m to have faith in vote integrity, I need to see multiple perp walks in multiple locations! That should go a long way.

We fought a war with England to gain our independence. Afterward, when it came time to determine which form of  government we would choose, our Founding Fathers ultimately decided upon a Constitutional Republic (despite what teachers may have told you in school) and went about writing a constitution creating a federal government limited in its regulatory capacities.

What came out of the Convention in 1787 was a Constitution forming a limited government. Or so the authors believed. One criticism was the lack of a bill of rights. The states each had a bill of rights. “We the People” was saying this Constitution also needed one. The Constitution of the United States of America was ratified with that expectation!

In 1791, the ten Amendments of the Bill of Rights was ratified and added to the Constitution. The first eight amendments guaranteed the protection of speech, religion, arms, searches and seizures, trial by jury and due process. The ninth acts as a safety net to ensure individuals their fundamental rights, even if they aren’t specifically mentioned.

The Tenth Amendment was written to basically put the Federal government in its place. It reads: “The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited to it by the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.” This is the amendment that limits overreach, or a power-grab, from the Federal government. Their powers are limited! Any law passed giving powers to the Federal government not explicitly granted by the Constitution would be unconstitutional!

The importance of the Tenth Amendment should become evident soon, when and if H.R.1 passes the Senate and signed by the President. This bill would federalize elections, taking them out of the hands of the States. Many provisions of the bill would go against laws of individual States. If the States don’t see a problem with this, the individual, We the People, should, because this bill would practically invalidate our votes. It would become like the Banana Republics, where the powers-that-be get 99% of the vote always, or else!

Hopefully, should H.R.1 passes, it will immediately be tied up in the courts. I look forward to seeing who will be the first to start this process. I’m also hoping that the court system actually starts taking election laws seriously. So far, I’ve seen no evidence of that. The Tenth Amendment should remind the Congress that they can’t just take powers from the States solely because they want to!

Last November, just before Thanksgiving, I was talking to my granddaughter on the telephone and the subject of the upcoming holiday arose. She started talking about the Pilgrims stealing the land and killing or enslaving the Indigenous people. This is definitely not what I learned in school. This is straight out of the 1619 Project and it’s being taught in our schools.

The whole premise of the 1619 Project is to rid our children of the concept of American exceptionalism. It says the any pride in our country was built on a lie from the very first landing of Europeans (excluding the Vikings, of course) on our shores. American Exceptionalism ended with the landing of the Mayflower in 1620, and has gone downhill from there. This is just an introduction to cancel culture for our children.

Cancel culture is basically eliminating any thing or philosophy that is offensive to an agenda. Marxists have used it for years. If you don’t like what a book says, burn it. If you don’t like what someone says, ban it. If you don’t like a product a company makes, forbid them selling it. Take Mike Lindell, for instance. Big Tech and the Lame Stream Media banned any mention of voter fraud in the 2020 election. Mike Lindell made a two hour long video outlining and put it out for anyone to see. The Socialists are outraged; little boy Hogg and backers say they are forming a pillow company to put Lindell’s My Pillow out of business (using capitalism?) A second video comes out and Dominion, the maker of the voting machines dictators everywhere prefer, sues Lindell for $1.3 Billion.

The DemSocialists have to destroy the United States of America, so they have to destroy anyone who supports America. They can’t reshape the country into something they want without tearing it down first. To accomplish their agenda, they tell followers that the flag, the National Anthem, veterans, the police, Conservatives, the religious, etc. are all racist or sexist or some other “ist” to separate them from the conversation. To aid this, they take away your freedom of speech. Hey, who’s been banned on Facebook or Twitter? Show of hands!

Circling back (wink) to the indoctrination of our children. I was upset to find this curriculum in a conservative county’s schools. I have written letters to the board members and to the States Board of Education. My other daughter-in-law homeschools her child. There are ways around the re-training of our children. Unfortunately, saving our country will be more difficult. How much are we willing to take before we push back against the Cultural Marxism?

Voting is one of the most sacred rights a citizen can exercise. It is the method we use to determine who our elected officials are and how they vote to make laws. Maintaining voter integrity is the only way to insure government works for us and not the other way around. Lose it and you lose all confidence in your vote! This last election illustrates my point.

To date, a lot of evidence has come to light about the types of election fraud used in the 2020 election. Many Republicans scream against the fraudulent ways employed in the election cycle; Democrats are in complete denial. The call has gone out for election reform and it’s been taken up in Congress. The Democrats have devised H.R.1 as a solution to all ills in voting. But is this what the American citizen wants?

The provisions laid out in the bill will drastically change how we vote. First, it will expand online voting with no identification required. Democrats like ID in everything except voting. The more limitations to who can vote, the more vehemently Dems respond. In the same vein, same day registration would be mandatory. No fraud can come from registering to vote, then turning around and voting. Well, yes it can, if there is no vetting of the information given before the vote is counted. Both of these items are in H.R.1!

During the summer of 2020, the Dems said they wanted to use California as the model for remaking the United States of America. In other words, the US should be more Communist, less fiscally responsible and more diverse, whether a citizen or not, according to Dems. The next thing on the list for voter reform is using the model of California’s motor voter law. This means, when you register to drive, you automatically are registered to vote. Too many times, the DMV doesn’t follow through on excluding those not eligible to vote. It’s easier for them to just include everyone, causing fraud, either accidental or on purpose. Also, included in the bill, is legalizing vote harvesting, which is legal in California. In that state, any one can gather absentee ballots and turn them in to the Board of Elections.

Dems want to lower voting age to 16 years old. Obviously, the younger people are used to having everything paid for them, so socialism isn’t really a concern to them. At least, that’s the thought for Dems. They think 16 and 17 year olds would be more easily swayed to their beliefs.

Democrats also want to prohibit the removal of illegal aliens from voter rolls. This also touches on the California motor voter law which added those illegals to those rolls. Of course, Dems want to grant asylum to those same people.

All of the things in the above paragraphs favor Democrats. They figure the policies above will produce Democrats voters. Getting more “D” votes means they no longer have to cheat to win as much. Of course, it is still available for them. So let’s add a couple of other items to help the Dems. They want to end the policy of bipartisanship in the FEC. They say that the FEC should be controlled by the ruling party, obviously meaning themselves. Since it is the FEC to whom you complain in the event of malfeasance, this means complaining about an election will come to naught.

The name for H.R.1 bill is “For The People Act” is definitely a misnomer. It might be better named “For People Like US Act”, because it’s obvious that if this bill passes, There will never be another Fair and Free election!

Siege mentality is a shared feeling of victimization and defensiveness, a term derived from the actual experience of military defenses of real sieges. Cities would erect a wall around the town to keep to keep out invaders. Sometimes, the walls were meant to forestall outraged citizens. Fortified cities were quite common in Europe and elsewhere. There was a prominent example in the Old Testament, the city of Jericho. At this point in time, Washington DC could be added to the list of walled cities.

After it became evident that people weren’t going to just accept the election results, the Mayor of Washington DC, Muriel Bowser, decided her city needed additional protection. She put the DC National Guard on alert, but didn’t deploy them. On the 6th of January of this year, the day of the “certification” of the election, there was planned a rally protesting voter fraud, with President Trump speaking. We all know what happened after that. Of course, there are vastly different versions of what happened. Democrats and the media say it was the Trump supporters that entered the Capitol building. Timelines show that supporters who stayed for Trump’s speech, couldn’t have been there for another 45 minutes to an hour. Witnesses saw Capitol Police let a group of people through barricades about the time Trump started speaking. It was discovered that the assault wasn’t spontaneous, but pre-planned. But, I digress. I’m sure much of this will be explained next Monday.

After that day, National Guard troops were deployed in earnest. The inauguration was two weeks away. In short order, there was 15,000 troops on the ground in Washington DC. Barricades became fences topped with concertina wire. Check points popped up everywhere. Military vehicles and police cars were the most prevalent vehicles most times of the day. The Capitol City was a fortress. Still, nearby businesses boarded up windows and doors. Trouble was expected. Numbers for troops went up to around 25,000. All this protection in spite of the fact that the inaugural was most virtual.

The inauguration came and went without much ado. That was almost two weeks ago. The walls are still up. The National Guard is still deployed. There are some accounts that more NG troops are arriving. The Mayor wants her city back, with a little bit of augmentation of security forces, but Congress wants the protection. Why? I think we can rule out invasion from foreign powers, at least for now. The only thing left is fear of Americans with pitchforks laying siege for acts perpetrated against them and the US Constitution. The question remains; if we had a fair election and Biden won the most votes in history, why all the fear? I say Siege Mentality!

The inauguration of the Biden administration has come and gone. Before, during and after the ceremony, calls for unity went out. Republicans should unify with Democrats, they say. Americans throughout the country need to be united. It IS the United States after all. The problem is that Democrats haven’t got a clue what the word means.

According to Merriam-Webster, the definition for unity is as follows: 1) the quality or state of not being multiple: oneness 2a) a condition of harmony: accord 2b) continuity without deviation or change ( as in purpose or action). Of those choices, I believe Number 2 is the appropriate usage of the call for unity from Washington DC.

Of those choices, I believe Number 2 is the appropriate usage of the call for unity from Washington DC. Therein lies the problem; the calls for unity have no relationship to any actions. The Democrats want nothing less than capitulation. If surrender isn’t coming, they want to track you down, discredit you with or without phony charges (Democrats excel at this), enslave, re-educate (re-indoctrination), or imprison you. Does that sound like unity to you? It doesn’t to me!

The Democrats aren’t the only guilty party. The Republicans are confused in the word also. Far too many elected officials sat during the hard encounters after the election. I was lucky to have had my Representative who stayed in the fight. Neither of my Senators were even on the field! Now, after the inauguration, here come the letters and emails from the GOP asking for our money so they can fight Socialism from the other side of the aisle. I’m not sending my dollars to you to be wasted. You’ve done that far too long.

If unity is truly your goal, my advice for both sides of the aisle, think about what’s best for ALL Americans! With just over one day in, the Biden administration is not off to a good start. The direction they are choosing is America Last. That will make the Socialists as happy as they get, which isn’t very much. The House and Senate Democrats are barreling down the path to further divide, which is the opposite of unity. For the Republicans, who stood tall the last few months should take pride. The rest, I want to see primaried by actual Conservatives!

As far as I’m concerned, unity means getting to the bottom of the massive voter fraud, foreign and domestic that got us here! If you can’t trust your vote to matter, how can you trust the outcome? You might want to get to it, before we all become subjects of the Chinese Communist Party!

It’s a new year now, so it’s time to hope the year brings Peace, Liberty and Justice for all. To get all three would be great; any two out of three would be acceptable. Just one of the three would make this year better than last year, which had none of the three.

I’ve never thought of myself as a great prognosticator, as evidenced by the fact that I’m certainly not a multi-millionaire, but that’s never stopped me from trying. A year of Peace, Liberty and Justice I just don’t see unfortunately. Liberty and Justice is a possibility, but it will be at the expense of Peace, and it will require intestinal fortitude. Singularly, none of them makes it through to the end of the year.

Peace is the most fragile of the three. Last year left the country with half of the population pitted against the other half. The anarchist BLM and Antifa, funded by the Democrat Socialists, had free reign in several areas of the country much of the year. They held portions of several cities hostage and city officials allowed them to retain control. The Media and Big Tech gave them cover throughout the year. One of the Big Lies of 2020 had to have been that BLM and Antifa were involved in only peaceful protests, despite burned out parts of several cities.

Justice will be an uphill battle. Last year left us with a stolen election, or, at best an attempted stolen election. Despite overwhelming evidence, completely ignored by Media and Big Tech, DemSocialists insist this was the fairest election in the country’s history. Hogwash! We had ballots for Democrats run through tabulators repeatedly on video! We had electronic voting machines with an error rate of over 68%, built into the programming. We have access, as required by law, denied to Republican observers! We had rules changed for voting by election officials, when the state legislatures were the only ones who could change the rules legally. There are liberal judges refusing to hear cases or delaying cases hoping to run out the clock. The only way, at this point, is for grand juries to start indicting people and roll them up to get to the elusive leaders of this coup! I don’t see this happening and, after January 20, flatly will not happen!

That leaves Liberty! The first step should be with Congressional leaders growing spines and doing what they should do. State legislators from several states have already recognized the fraud perpetuated in their states and decertified the results. Congress could realize Biden did not win those states and award the Electoral College votes to President Trump and he begins his second term on January 20. I hope this happens, but we have too many invertebrates in Congress!

No matter who gets inaugurated in 19 days, half of the population is going to be upset! We could be faced with four more years of the domestic terrorism of BLM and Antifa, or a work up to another civil war. Thomas Jefferson said, ” The tree of Liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.” I hope for Peace but I fear we will see spilled blood.

I write this on the anniversary of the Boston Tea Party. It was 247 years ago today that American colonists, Patriots all, dressed as Indians, boarded three British ships in Boston Harbor and tossed tons of tea into the water. The reason for this action was simple. The British had imposed a tax on products without the Colonists being represented in Parliament. Whether the revolt started over the 2% tax on tea or the fact that it was taxation without representation is debated, but after independence was won, the Founding Fathers established a government with representation for We the People!

The system used for determining the people who we sent to determine laws and policies for us worked fairly well, but slowly, corruption set in. We can argue when this started, but scandals such as Tammany Hall and Huey Long point to the existence. The Founders gave us the right to vote for our leadership, but recent events have raised questions about how often the leader for whom we voted was kept from office.

A lot of our protections for voter security have been ignored. Voter ID, for one, has been tied up in courts for years. Here in North Carolina, it was put on the several ballot several years ago. Voters approved it (60%-40%) and it went on to become a Constitutional Amendment. Then, before it could be implemented in an election, a federaljudge blocked it because it would “suppress” some voters Never mind you need an ID for just about anything, it’s too hard to get an ID, according to this federal (liberal) judge. Compromises were made and new forms of identifications were added to the approved list. That was approved, but another judge blocked it. Finally in October, just before the general election in November, An Appeals Court judge lifted the ban, but election officials decided it was too late to require ID!

There was wide spread cheating during the 2016 election for Hillary. It wasn’t enough! There was massive cheating in the 2020 election for Biden. They were caught doing the cheating, but they tried to cover it up. Like the old saying, if a tree falls in the forest but the media and big tech don’t report it (or block you from reporting it), did it really happen.

So, here we are. We have Biden claiming to be President-Elect. Trump has lawyers fighting court battles to retain the Presidency. We have no idea of whether governors’ races or Senate races or Representatives races were affected by the cheating. Probably so. I know I don’t trust that our governor won re-election legally! And, next month, Georgia has a run-off election for both of it’s Senate seats (I say again, two seats!) that is already showing signs of huge malfeasance! So, the question remains: how do we know whether the people who are in office right now are there fairly and squarely. We won’t know until we get a handle on voter fraud! Otherwise, the right to vote means nothing!

Thomas Jefferson said, ” What country can preserve its liberties if its rulers are not warned from time to time that this people preserve the spirit of resistance.”

Consider the warning to have been made.

The General Election of 2020 will go down in history as the election that makes or breaks America! That was the way it was promoted. It was one side or the other; Freedom or Cultural Marxism, Capitalism or Socialism, Unicorns or Wolves, depending upon which side you stand. What is certain is Trump/Pence would continue on one path and Harris/Biden (even Joe Biden called the team this several times) would take us down a completely different path. I have often said that Liberty and Socialism are incompatible philosophies. This was what the 2020 election was about. That is not for what this election will be remembered!

On election night, I was at home in North Carolina watching online switching between coverage on Epoch Times and the NC Board of Elections website. I watched as the various projections started to come in. I had doubts on several of the projections for Biden, but when North Carolina went blue, I really had doubts. The NCBoE website showed a close race. I continued watching as Trump started gaining, along with most of the Republican candidates. And then, Trump and the other Republicans were ahead and pulling further and further ahead. The blue left North Carolina on the map and was replaced with leaning blue, then back to gray, meaning uncalled. And then… everything came to a screeching halt! It stayed that way for a week and a half.

Let’s back up about a month. In North Carolina, election law and policy changes go through the General Assembly, as in most states (if not all). It’s in the North Carolina Constitution. But, The Director of the NC Board of Elections, in conjunction with the state AG, decided to change the rules on her own. Why? Because, well COVID! One of her rule changes concerned the length of time after election night they would allow mail-in ballots. They decided on the 12th of November. Another rule changed need for matching signatures. When these rule changes went public, the General Assembly was not in session and couldn’t come back unless invited by the Governor, Roy Cooper. He refused! Cooper was enjoying his own little dictatorship, as he completely ignored his Council of State and went about making mandates, edicts, and restrictions centering on mask mandates and shutdowns, thus hurting the economy while doing little to stop a virus. No counting went on, supposedly, until the evening of the 12th. Then there were gains for the Democrats and then back to the Republicans.

That’s what happened in North Carolina. I’m most familiar with my own state! There is absolutely no way that I trust the numbers of my states election! Now, during all of this time, other states evidently shut down the election at about the same time. Sounds like a bit of coordination! Reports of discrepancies started coming up! Several states weren’t allowing Republican witnesses during the count, as required. Ballot boxes started appearing or, worse, disappearing. Questions of the accuracy of the voting machines arose, as did the control of those machines.

Currently, six states are involved in lawsuits or recounts. The lawsuits are either working their way through Democrat held courts on the way to the US Supreme Court, or are already on SCOTUS’ docket! State legislatures are holding hearings on the integrity of their elections and what should happen next. Now, the state of Texas, along with 18 other states (and growing), is challenging the constitutionality of the election in four states. That’s already on the docket before the Supreme Court.

Meanwhile, the Lame Stream Media is ignoring just about everything that’s going on. Move along, nothing to see here. It’s just nuisance behavour! Big Tech is backing them up, blocking posts and banning posters. They are the ones who declared the winner of the election! For those getting their news from either of those groups, you are not being well served! All you are getting from them is their narrative. They are telling you what to think, believing you to be incapable of free thought!

To be clear, this isn’t about one side or the other won. Do I have a choice as to which I prefer? Obviously! No, this is about vote integrity, pure and simple. In a fair election, I could accept whoever won. I might not like it, but I could accept it! The DemSocialists still haven’t accepted the 2016 election! The allegations show this was anything but a fair election. This was either theft of the votes or a full on coup! That determination I leave for the courts.

All of this causes me to doubt vote integrity. If I can’t trust my vote to actually count, how can I trust the government that claims to be a result of that vote? What’s the remedy? Anarchy? That’s has been the answer to those on the Left (BLM, Antifa, etc). I am praying for Justice. Justice denied would mean a continuation of a vote of no confidence!
