They Just Don’t Care!

Today marks the eleventh day of the shutdown of the US Government. At this point, it’s obvious that the fault lies with the Democrats because of their devotion to illegal aliens and Communism. They prefer their illegals over the American Citizen and they are bowing to the Communist contingent of the Party. However, it’s so much worse than that.

For four years, the Democrats maintained an Open Border policy. During that time, estimates of the number of invaders entering our country range from 15,000,000 to 20.000,000. They flew them all over the country on flights in the dead of night. Then they got upset when Southern states began bussing illegals to so-called sanctuary cities. In one case, the pro-sanctuary people of Martha’s Vineyard, after a bus dropped off a dozen or so illegals, they called in the National Guard to escort them away. I guess they are in favor of giving them safe harbor until they show up on their doorstep! Although, I sure Barack would of put up tents on his property for them. Yeah, right!

Of course, foreign gang members and cartel members were included with those who invaded our country. This antagonized our own gangs through out the Democrat run big cities, and the crime rates exploded. Then, the leaders of those cities decided to “hide” the crime stats by changing felonies into misdemeanors. Soros-funded District Attorneys and Democrat judges worked overtime putting hardened criminals back out on the streets. The crime statistics that came from the FBI was truly reflective of actual crime nationally. Some of the major cities, New York City and Los Angeles to name two didn’t turn in their numbers to the FBI.

The election of 2024 was about the illegal alien situation, crime and drugs, the economy, the national debt and the advance of Communism. Republicans ran on issues and Democrats just called them names. It turned out that the Democrats couldn’t run on issues because most Americans didn’t like the positions the Dems advocated! They wanted to keep the illegals and give them the vote. They wanted give them benefits meant for Americans. They had no problem with giving criminals their protection. They wanted to allow human trafficking and protection of pedophiles. They were in favor of a continuing $2 trillion deficit and unlimited spending for programs few actually wanted. Add in the proliferation of never-ending wars and you have the Democrat platform!

Thankfully, Donald Trump is our President. The Democrat Party is fractured. They have few moderates; most of them are soft Socialists. But now, they have a bunch of Communists running for control of the party. They still have nothing upon which to run.

That’s where we are now. Republican and Democrats weren’t serious about 12 funding bills again, for the 29th year (I believe), so we need another Continuing Resolution. The House of Representatives passed one. The Senate tried to pass a bill that added back $1,700,000,000,000 ($1.7T) for funding to illegals’ healthcare at our expense! That bill failed. The Dems call for unity as long as they get all that they want. Most Republicans don’t want to further bankrupt our country!

This is where we stand, The Democrats, after 11 days, have proven that it is easier to negotiate with a terrorist organization, Hamas, than it is to negotiate with Democrats! Schumer is trying to prove that he can be as Communist as AOC. It’s a manic attempt to garner what little power they can get. After all, When was the last time the Communist Party USA actually ran a candidate on their own Party?

Propositions

It’s been an extremely busy week, this being the fifth week of President Trump’s second term in office. Thus far, most of the Cabinet positions have been confirmed. The Secretaries are hard at work and the Deep Swamp creatures are panicking! The supportive DemCommunists are showing themselves as the rats they are, being forced to “justify” the huge amounts of graft, corruption or pay-offs. The Sewer Stream Media is carrying the load of manure for them as well. Doge, to date, has found over $120,000,000,000 worth of fraud, etc. The big fraudsters are still to come!

There is a proposal on the table, an idea possibly from Elon Musk himself, whereby 20% of funds found be given back to the American taxpayers. Now, to be honest, I was thinking that money ($5000 keeps getting mentioned) would come in handy, especially after the years of Bidenflation! After visions of things for which I would spend the money went through my mind, I began to think further. The whole idea of finding the misused funds and regaining access to them was to bring down the National Debt. As a reminder, our National Debt is still $36.5T ($36,500,000,000,000) and the interest we pay on that sum is over $1T. The annual budget of the Defense Department is over $100B less. In other words, as much as we would like that extra money in our pockets, it would be better to apply it to the National Debt, as originally planned. Let’s face it; that money would last most of us a couple of months, giving fleeting pleasure, then we’re back to worrying about the Debt. True, the Consumer Price Index might go up, but it wouldn’t really cause inflation to decline.

Another proposal, more than likely from Elon too, is to video a tour of the gold in Ft. Knox. This would truly be intriguing. On the other hand, I’ve seen way too many movies (Goldfinger comes to mind) of efforts to steal the gold out of the Federal Depository at Ft. Knox. Add to that the memory of Geraldo Rivera’s revealing of Al Capone’s vault. After a huge build up, the vault was pretty much empty. It was a big disappointment! Imagine, if they go into Ft. Knox and find the gold gone, or some of it missing. We know from the 1950’s how much gold is supposed to be there. In 1973, They just opened the gate and looked in and, after a peek-a-boo glance, claimed it was all there! Just think, how fast would the economy crash if there was a full audit and it came up short? Real short? Whether or not there’s a video of it, there will be adverse effects. If it’s on video, it will be instantaneously seen. Given the corruption of the Swamp, both inside and outside of the Government, it wouldn’t surprise me that some or all of the gold is gone. I just dread the pain it will cause. But, then again, that’s all the Deep Swamp is good for; causing pain!

After Two Weeks

At this point, President Trump has been in office two weeks and one day. During those fifteen days, he has completely riled the Deep State, sent illegal immigrants into hiding, humiliated the Sewer Stream Media and sent government D.I.E. (Diversity, Inclusivity, Equity) employees scrambling. Let’s take these in reverse order.

From the very beginning of the Trump 47 Administration, he told the DIE officers they were a major problem in government service. It didn’t take long before many of them removed their pronouns from social media. Some changed their titles, though strangely, most still had some sort of identifier that included the D, the I or the E in it. Private companies have discovered that the American public don’t necessarily approve of the woke DIE and were willing to spend their hard earned money elsewhere. It’s simple; go woke, go broke! Board rooms began discharging members of their DIE offices. Now it was time for the government to do likewise. And, yes I know that they prefer to reverse the vowels in DIE, but it’s a bit more accurate my way. It kills you economically and professionally. It also kills! On 30 January, an American Airlines commuter and an Army Blackhawk helicopter crashed into the Potomac River as the airliner was on final for landing. There are still a lot of questions to be answered, but one thing came up early into the investigation. The control tower was short handed and there were many reports of people having been turned away because they weren’t diverse enough!

Next up, the Sewer Stream Media. The new White House Press Corps is much larger. It now includes bloggers and Conservative news agencies like One America News Network. This put the state-run indoctrination organs in a much lower limelight. However, the new Press Secretary was nothing like the previous DIE-hired Press Secretary. Karoline Leavett could actually think quickly on her feet and she was more than capable of putting an end to the loaded questions or the misleading questions. Since Trump 47 took office, CNN canned Jim Acosta (okay, they wanted to put him in a midnight timeslot and he resigned) and CBS has decided to settle in a lawsuit from Trump and “60 Minutes” regarding the interview with Kamala Harris. That’s two big wins for Trump. The SSM is still pushing lies when they can.

Tom Homan, the Border Czar, hit the ground deporting. A bunch of DemCommunist mayors and Governors started talking about how they were going to stand in the way of ICE agents, protecting illegal aliens. Of course, Mayor Adams and Governor Hochul of NYC and New York respectively may be aligning with Homan. We’ll have to see. I don’t really trust either of them. Planes are being loaded with illegals and flying to their home countries. And now, those planes are also offloading at Gitmo! Thousands have been repatriated to their country.

Now for the real evil! The Deep State has raised its head out of the shadows. With every action by the President, there is an equal, but opposite reaction. They are doing everything they can to stifle Trump 47.They are questioning the Cabinet nominees and the candidate answers are showing how corrupt the DemCommunists really are. Either that or they are proving how stupid they are. Either way, the candidates are winning. Just today RFK, Jr was passed out of committee to the full Senate. We even have the House Minority Leader, Hakeem Jeffries, inciting insurrection, making the call for all his DemSocialist sympathizers to fight in the streets to stop Trump. Tell me; doesn’t that sound far more like calling for an insurrection than anything they accused Trump of doing in 2021? Perhaps there should be an investigation, leading to an impeachment…

Only time will tell!

Unburdened From What Has Been, At Last!

President Trump was sworn-in four days ago and, I must say, I feel very liberated! Great change has already happened and will continue. The President started work right after the swearing-in ceremonies, signing a multitude of Executive Orders, Memorandum and Declarations. The Border is closed and the Border Patrol, ICE and other agencies are doing sweeps to gather the illegal bad actors. The violent gangs, like the Venezuelan TdA, have rightfully been designated domestic terrorists. Previously, under the prior Administration, it was the parents of school children who wanted to control what was being taught to their kids who were the domestic terrorists.

There is a ceasefire between Hamas and Israel. Much of the discussion was headed by Steven Witkoff, chosen by President Trump to act as Special envoy. He hammered an agreement between Hamas and Netanyahu. He wrangled both parties into a deal. Their predecessors, Blinken and Sullivan, couldn’t negotiate their way out of a paper bag. They were taken as a joke! Back then, America was a joke; a country whose leaders did nothing for their own countrymen, placing them behind every other country.

Freedom of speech is back in vogue in America. Elon Musk is leading the way with the X platform. In stead of “fact checkers” interjecting themselves and their agenda everywhere, he uses Community Notes. It has worked so much better, so much so that Mark Zuckerburg wants to switch Facebook over to do the same. I’m not sure when they will start, because just a few days ago, I got hit by a “Fact check”!

The Sewer Stream Media is receiving the recognition they deserve. The viewing public is going elsewhere as nobody is taking what they say seriously. Last year was a bad time for the bought and paid for media. Their lies were blatantly on display and their hypocrisy was in full view. Most of the networks are already on their second or third round of lay-offs. To paraphrase Rep. Tim Burchett to CNN”s Jim Acosta, he told Acosta that his show is losing to Sponge Bob Square Pants. Maybe that’s where the other networks’ audience is going.

Yesterday, Trump signed an Executive Order wanting the CIA to release the reports on the assassinations of JFK, RFK and MLK, Jr. I wish him luck on that. There’s way too many secrets in there! Earlier, Trump announced $500B to be pledged by three Billionaires toward an Artificial Intelligence Infrastructure. Now, I’m not a big supporter of AI; I have AI available to me, but no desire to use it! During the press conference announcing the Infrastructure deal, the major donor mentioned AI usage by healthcare in the fight against cancer. He laid out a scenario where using AI, a vaccine could be found. I stopped short when he said mRNA vaccine. I’m definitely concerned by that idea!

This afternoon, 1500 US Marines arrived at the Border to aid in Border enforcement. Others will more than likely follow from other services. The US Coast Guard is off Florida to head off any illegals from going there. The Coast Guard fired a DEI Commandant for her lack of enforcement and the now acting Commandant has said he has units in the Gulf of America protecting the Border! Oh, how I’m enjoying what going on in this new America First environment!

The Start Of The Reset, Final Analysis

This past Monday, 6 January, President Trump’s election was certified, without incident. His election was won by popular vote in November, 2024. The fact that Monday’s certification went without a hitch, I’m sure, was due to great wrangling by DemSocialist leadership, as evidenced by videos of Trump Derangement Syndrome victims like AOC, Rep. Jamie Raskin and now Senator Adam Schiff prior to the certification. There are others all over social media. This is leadership’s way of saying, “This is how this process is supposed to work.” Of course, this is completely disputing the over 30 years of protests by DemSocialists every time a Republican wins the election for President. Dems have denied election results for at least that long, but evidently it becomes a criminal offense if a Republican denies the results, with good cause!

The agenda for which President Trump was elected again is now a mandate from the American citizens, the majority of which voted for him! Current Resident of the White House has assured the country there will be a peaceful transition, but that couldn’t be further from the truth. every step of the way, Biden is striving to bankrupt the United States and/or bring about World War III, with nuclear undertones. At every turn, more of our tax dollars are being sent to Ukraine, while, in the Middle East, a ceasefire is being called for. All efforts by the Biden Abomination are toward appeasement of terrorist organizations, with little regard for the hostages, including Americans, taken by them 7 October, 2023. We’ve been told there are as many as a couple of hundred hostages left, but during the last week, that number has been reduced to around 34 still alive, including a couple of Americans. Actually, there’s no way of knowing for sure! American hostages aren’t really a main point of interest to Biden or Blinken or any of the other negotiators. Obviously, America First will have to wait until noon on 20 January, less than two weeks away!

The new U. S. Congress is now in session. The 119th Congress, I believe, has been told that omnibus spending bills is a way of the past. The threat of primaries is real to the Congresspeople who want to use their positions to obstruct the America First agenda. We’ll soon find out how many of them believe We The People mean it. We do! Business as usual needs to end and the Constitutional manner of doing things needs to be enforced! They work for us, not the other way around.

This morning, the sentencing hearing on the case against President Trump took place. It was, hopefully, the final indictment of the weaponized legal system against Americans. It is truly a sad day in American jurisprudence. Trump was formally sentenced by a corrupt judge in a made-up criminal case, prosecuted by a corrupt DA and convicted by a corrupted jury. President Trump was given Unconditional Discharge, but not before the judge said he respected the Office of President of the United States, but not the incoming President! The appeal process will begin immediately, I’m sure. The process will probably work through the New York courts system before it has any possibility of being overturned. The Lord knows that there are plenty of legal reasons for it to be overturned!

The country can’t wait for ten days from now! We, as a nation, need the ship of state to radically change its course. Biden is doing his best to damage the rudder of the ship. Without a change, we will all be dashed on the rocks. How long can you tread water?

The Start Of The Reset, Part 2

Regarding government, I believe in two adages. First, if more government is the answer, it was an extremely stupid question! Second, “Trust the Government”, said NO Founding Father ever! Upon reflection, both are very similar, but, considering what’s going on with this government, both are valid points!

As mentioned in the previous post, the General Election six weeks ago will be bringing major changes to the United States starting January 20th, 2025, just a month away. As expected, the rats (in this case, the DemocRats) are not scurrying to abandon ship. In fact, they may be trying to scuttle the ship. The Ship of State, that is. It appears as though they realize that, if they can’t maintain control, they’ll just completely destroy the ship. And it looks like they’ve primed the charges. They want to crash the economy!

As mentioned in the previous post, America is broke, in debt to the tune of $36.245,000,000,000 (that’s over $36 Trillion). Currently, we are spending over $2T more than the government is taking in as taxes. Put into perspective, that’s $271,800 of debt for every taxpayer in the country. Our national debt now is 123.4% of the Gross Domestic Product of the United States. As a country, we are on a cliff. For the last 15-20 years, the image of us driving off that cliff, resulting in an economical crash, has been drawn. Our spending is unsustainable! We are peering over the edge of that cliff now.

One of the few things the US Congress is required by law to do is to pass a budget. It’s been 27 years since they passed all of their appropriation bills. Since that time, there have been a long series of Continuing Resolutions and Omnibus spending bills. The CR’s have been overinflated spending appropriations, with a end date to give Congress enough time to pass a budget. Sadly, it doesn’t happen. It’s easier to pass the CR than the debates and reconciliations for the budget. Unfortunately, it also provides Congress with a large excess of our money to spend. Especially since Covid broke out. Congress increased spending to combat the Scamdemic, and that extra spending has been incorporated into each subsequent CR. The Omnibus bills are far worse. They take the proposed inflated CR then add in a huge amount of pork spending, then toss in a bunch laws that would never see the light of day on their own!

And that’s where we sit today. Funding provided by the last Omnibus bill ends tomorrow night, 20 December, 2024 at midnight. Congress tried their best to pass a CR, that turned into an Omnibus. It was a huge spending bill, with a great amount of wasteful pork that will serve no one but advance some politicians agenda. This particular bill would also quash subpoenas from Trump’s incoming Department of Justice for various Deep State operatives from ever being investigated. Over the last four years, our government has violated the Bill of Rights on numerous occasions! This provision gives cover for those people over the rights of citizens.

Oh, yeah. The spending bill also gives Congresspeople a substantial pay raise. rank and file Representatives and Senators make $174,000 per year; the median income of those for whom they work, those they represent is currently $39,853. Yet our Congresspeople work less that half of the year. Add to that the fact that a huge number of them exit Congress worth much more than when they entered “public service”. So, tell me why they feel they are worthy of a raise. Their job is to represent you. Do you feel well represented?

Apparently not! Late last night, it started to appear that thiis spending bill would not come upp for a vote. Speaker Johnson says he wants a “clean” CR, just the bare minimum for the government to run until March. It will still probably be inflated. Otherwise, the government shuts down midnight tomorrow. On the other hand, in the news this morning, a report the FEMA in Tennessee wants a Stop Work Order for people working on hurricane damaged homes unless they obtain a special “floodplain development permit”. Since FEMA has done so little for areas devastated by Hurricane Helene in TN and NC and has been more of a hinderance, perhaps a shutdown would help the situation.
